The city's most instagrammable teahouse opens a new flagship location with a stylish, matured aesthetic.
Tania Lodi has officially opened her new location of Tania’s Teahouse in Dubai Hills, and it’s a sight to behold. The revamped space is bigger, brighter, and now boasts impressive new event areas perfect for any gathering. This transformation elevates the dining experience with chic interiors, cozy vibes, and Instagram-worthy touches, reflecting Lodi’s signature style.
The redesigned venue, created in collaboration with local interior design firm Collectus Studio, features a harmonious blend of neutral tones accented with vibrant pops of color. This design strategy aims to provide a serene and inviting atmosphere, however notably different from the teahouse’s previous location on Jumeirah Beach Road, which featured a lot of ‘millennial pink tones.’ “We’ve all grown up!” Lodi explains. “It’s been six years since we launched, and we wanted to create a space that reflects that maturity for us and our amazing customers. Expect a bigger, airier, and more neutral space to relax and unwind all day long.”
Attention to detail is paramount in the new design. The team paid careful attention to curating the lighting to ensure a cozy ambiance, while strategically placing plants to boost mood, enhance creativity, and reduce stress. The space is further adorned with eclectic furniture pieces, curated artwork, a selection of books, ceramics, and trinkets, many sourced from the local interior brand Urban Nest. These elements add Lodi’s personal touch, ensuring the venue feels both sophisticated and welcoming.
A standout feature of the new location is the ‘Tea Room’, accessible through a secret door. This intimate lounge area exudes a speakeasy vibe with its moody lighting and jewel-tone finishings, offering a perfect retreat within the bustling venue.
With the team in its soft launch phase, this flagship location marks just the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Lodi and fans of Tania’s Teahouse.
