Preview: Dubai’s Mandarin Oriental

The hotel + spa are due to open early next year.

With a destination spa spread over 2,000 sqm and featuring nine treatment rooms, a fitness centre and kids’ club, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is the UAE’s most exciting new resort.

They’ve got you covered with no less than seven restaurants and lounges: Tasca, a signature Warayakiya-style Japanese restaurant, an informal ground-floor restaurant with show-kitchens, a  lobby lounge, club Lounge, pool bar – and what is most likely to be our favourite – The Mandarin Cake Shop.

As the closest beachfront resort to Downtown Dubai and the financial and business districts, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai enjoys an unrivalled location, including a 5 minute jaunt to La Mer, home to beachside shopping, dining and waterparks and only 15 minutes to Downtown Dubai, home to Burj Khalifa, theDubai Opera, the Dubai Fountain, Dubai Mall, Dubai International Financial Centre and Dubai World Trade Centre.
