The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) is coming to Cityscape Global 2018.
RIBA’s President and CEO, Alan Vallance, will be attending the three-day Cityscape conference (2-4 October) and some of the RIBA’s key spokespeople will be participating in panel discussions on regionally relevant topics such as “How Effective Design Can Foster Wellbeing and Happiness”; “Artificial Intelligence: An Exciting Future in Construction Technology”; “Catering to the Gen Y: Designing with Millennials in Mind” and “What Makes a Building Truly Iconic”.
Through Cityscape, the RIBA aims to showcase the value of being a RIBA Chartered Member and Chartered Practice and share these benefits with a wider, global audience.
Vallance says: ‘The RIBA sets the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and best practice, and currently represents 42,000 individuals and 3,500 architectural practices worldwide. A global benchmark for architectural excellence, RIBA Membership offers commercial benefit to both architects and practices. Cityscape Global 2018 will be a great opportunity for the RIBA to grow our network of regional and international contacts and share our knowledge as we participate in talks with leading industry experts across the world. I look forward to meeting many of our members at this prestigious industry event’.
