The project comprises of 19 luxury villas designed in collaboration with architects La Casa and interiors by AW Interiors
Riviera Group has announced the launch of its latest luxury project, Nineteen Riviera Lagoon, an exclusive collection of elegantly designed villas located in Meydan District 11, Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City in Dubai, UAE. Nestled along the shores of a serene central lagoon, this development promises a unique living experience that harmoniously blends tranquility with opulence, setting a new benchmark for luxury living in Dubai.
Designed in collaboration with the renowned architects at La Casa, Riviera Group’s vision has been brought to life with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Further enhancing the interiors, AW Interiors has crafted sophisticated and stylish spaces that cater to the modern lifestyle.
Nineteen Riviera Lagoon comprises nineteen detached villas, each a masterpiece of architectural refinement and modern amenities. The villas range from five to seven bedrooms, with plot sizes varying from 8,145 to 13,807 square feet and built-up areas from 17,012 to 22,262 square feet. Available in five distinct types, each villa offers a unique blend of luxury and practicality. Each villa features private basement parking for up to 12 cars, two master bedrooms, two swimming pools, main and show kitchens, four staff quarters, and multiple entertainment areas. Additionally, the designers have included walk-in closets, en-suite bathrooms, a private walk-in vault, in-house elevators, a modern car washing bay, and indoor green spaces in all villas.
Strategically located in the heart of District 11, one of MBR City’s most sought-after neighborhoods, Nineteen Riviera Lagoon provides residents with easy access to key points of interest, such as Downtown Dubai, DIFC, and Dubai International Airport. This prime location ensures both convenience and luxury, making it an ideal choice for discerning homeowners. Residents can choose from a range of interior finishes, including the sophisticated Riviera decor in grey or beige, or an exuberant design by the renowned Italian brand Versace. Beyond the luxurious interiors, the community features beautifully landscaped gardens, a children’s play area, and an exclusive gated environment that ensures privacy and security.
Abdul Rauf Razzak, founder of Riviera Group and the visionary behind Nineteen Riviera Lagoon, expressed his excitement about the project, stating, “I saw a gap in the market for certain types of homes which were only available in a very high price range. That’s when I decided to create Nineteen Riviera Lagoon, a community where luxury, practicality, and functionality are at the core of the development. The goal was always to offer our customers the luxuries of a bespoke home, thoughtfully designed where every detail is tailored to provide our customers with an exceptional, personalized home.”
