Located on Al Wasl Road in the Jumeirah neighbourhood, The Rug Company Bungalow is part of HUNA, a leading premium real estate developer under A.R.M. Holding. Designed by Styled Habitat, the Bungalow celebrates the iconic mid-century villas first introduced to the area in the 1980s, embracing a warm and earthy aesthetic reminiscent of old-school Palm Springs glamour.

Noteworthy features of the Bungalow include a sunken conversation pit, a whimsical accessories room reminiscent of a walk-in wardrobe, and large, arched windows that charmingly highlight the rugs. “We wanted visitors to feel at home, as if the Bungalow had always been there and they’ve only just discovered it now,” says Rabah Saeid, Founder of Styled Habitat.

A visual balm for any visitor, the ‘Garden of Enchantment’ will encircle the Bungalow with wild and meandering pathways. Dotted with sculptural plants evocative of Moroccan gardens, these paths will lead guests to intimate courtyards ideal for socialising during non-stop design weeks.

Besides its immaculate aesthetic, The Rug Company Bungalow will offer a vast array of handmade rugs crafted by skilled artisans in Nepal. Since 1997, the global brand has dedicated itself to ensuring that each rug is a work of art and a testament to expert craftsmanship honed over generations. Catering to private residences, hospitality, yachting, aviation, and corporate spaces, The Rug Company will also provide a complete custom and bespoke service for the Middle East market.
